Our water bottle making machine is designed for the production of plastic bottles and containers for water, beverages, cleaning products, wine, medical products, pesticides and chemical products.
1.Adopt advanced PLC control system with stable performance;
2.Adopt infrared lamp heating with strong penetration, self-rotation heating of preform, orbital revolution of guide rail, uniform heating, fast and reliable;
3. The width and height of the lamp and reflector in the heating area are adjustable to adapt to the heating of different structures, and an automatic heating device is provided to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel;
4. Each mechanical action is equipped with a safety self-locking device. When a certain process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safe state;
5. Each action is driven by a servo system: stretching servo, shift servo, mold cavity servo, embryo cavity servo, without using traditional cylinders, with the advantages of energy saving, stability, and precise control of each part of the action;
6. Adopt high-voltage double The crank arm connecting rod clamps the mold, and the clamping force is strong;
7. The machine adopts a four-template structure, double opening and double closing, which saves clamping time and greatly improves the machine output. This structure is independently developed by our company and has a domestic design patent;
8. The gear racks are all helical gear grinding, six times vacuum quenching, six times high-precision grinding, hardness up to 62, high hardness, high-precision drive machine stretch transmission;
