Product Description
Semi-automatic bottle blowing machine is suitable for producing 100-2000ml PET plastic containers and bottles. It is widely used in the production of carbonated bottles, mineral water bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, pesticide bottles, oil bottles, cosmetics, wide-mouth bottles, etc.
It adopts double crank mold adjustment, heavy-duty clamping, stable and fast, and adopts infrared oven to heat the preform, and the preform rotates and heats evenly.
The air circuit system is divided into two parts: pneumatic part and bottle blowing part to meet different action and bottle blowing requirements. It can provide sufficient and stable high pressure for blowing large special-shaped bottles.
The machine is also equipped with a muffler and an oil injection system to lubricate the mechanical part of the machine.
The machine can be operated in stepping mode and semi-automatic mode.
The machine is small in size, low in investment, easy to operate and safe.
