Equipment composition
The filling machine is mainly composed of a filling cylinder and a filling valve. After the can body is cleaned, it is sent to the filling machine through the middle star wheel. The star wheel clamps the can body and sends it to the filling machine. The base supports the can body to rotate around the filling machine, the roller opens, and the liquid enters the can body.
Filling principle:
The filler and filling valve of this machine are isobaric filling, with slow speed, high precision, and guaranteed filling volume.
Filling valve
The filling valve is one of the key components of the filling machine. The filling valve consists of a valve core, a valve body, a valve seat, an umbrella-type wide liquid valve, etc.
3.1. When the can body enters the tank seat plate from the middle star wheel, the filling valve drives the valve sleeve, and the valve core moves up accordingly. At this time, the 0-type roller 1 is disengaged from the valve seat and enters the filling area.
3.2. The material continues to move downward until the bottle is filled. When the roller performs cam movement, the filling valve moves upward, and the 0-type roller 1 presses the valve body, so that the material no longer enters the valve cylinder of the valve core.

The capping machine consists of a frame, a guide rail, a capping device, a transmission device, etc.
The transmission device of the capping machine is transmitted to the gear by the reducer, and the power is transmitted to the capping head through the hollow main shaft.
The can body does not rotate, and the four small rollers rotate the cap. The cam does not move. The bottle cap is sent into the gear ring of the capping head through the stirring device and the guide rail. When there is a can on the conveyor belt, as the capping head rotates, the cap moves downward and screws the cap on the can mouth.
