Product Description
The Yaoshi Machine is specially designed for 5L to 10L big bottled drinking water production. It integrates bottle washing, filling, and capping into one unit. To ensure thorough washing and sterilization, the washing machine uses multi-liquid spray and circulating thimerosal spray. The capping machine automatically caps barrels, equipped with a water spraying device to sterilize and clean caps. This production line can automatically carry out barrel handling, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting, and product discharging. 1) Compact structure, beautiful shape, easy operation and high degree of automation.
2) The direct contact conveyor belt and bottle feeding dial wheel technology make it simple and quick to change the bottle shape.
3) The bottle neck clamping technology is adopted, and there is no need to change the bottle height. Only the parts related to the bottle diameter, such as the arc guide plate and the dial wheel, need to be replaced.
4) The stainless steel bottle clamp dedicated to the bottle rinser does not touch the threaded part of the bottle mouth to avoid secondary contamination.
5) All parts in direct contact with the medium are made of food-grade stainless steel, without dead corners, and easy to clean.
6) The diaphragm regulating valve controls the liquid inlet flow rate, maintains the liquid level in the liquid barrel slightly disturbed, and ensures the filling accuracy.
7) The feed valve is automatically closed when there is no bottle in the machine to avoid water and material loss.

13) The bottle bottom support plate at the bottle discharge wheel adopts spiral descending type, and there is no need to adjust the bottle feeding height when changing the bottle model.

15) Adopt touch screen to fully realize human-machine dialogue, and the equipment operation status is clear at a glance.
