Shrink Tunnel
For various irregular bottle shapes such as round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles, etc., the new steam shrinking furnace is easy to adjust and maintain, shrinks evenly, and the low-pressure steam drum is evenly distributed. The steam spraying method adopts seamless pipe design, and the nozzle is divided into three sections for adjustment. The height, position, and steam output of each section can be adjusted separately to achieve the ideal shrinking effect. The whole machine uses stainless steel insulation, which not only saves energy but also meets international safety standards. The stainless steel defrost plate collects condensed water. The whole machine adopts waterproof design, which is easy to operate and has low maintenance cost. Based on the original configuration, a double-layer insulation furnace is manufactured to save energy and protect the environment.

Steam generator
The fully automatic electric heating generator uses a copper high-pressure vortex pump to supply water. The water supply time is short and durable. A liquid level float is installed in the water tank to automatically control the water intake. The working system is fully automatically controlled. After connecting to the water source and power supply, steam can be continuously output in about 5 minutes, with high working efficiency.
